We specialize in in-home care for growing families, from newborns and healing mothers to patients navigating complex, chronic health journeys. Our goal is to offer unrushed, thoughtful visits in the comfort of your own home so that you can feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered.

I'm Dr. Lexi McKenna, a licensed naturopathic physician, dedicated family medicine provider, and proud mother and wife — serving patients where healing begins: right at your doorstep.

I founded The Healing Doorstep out of a deep desire to return to a more personal, connected model of care. With experience in both conventional and integrative settings, I saw the incredible power of medicine when it slows down, listens deeply, and meets patients where they are—literally and figuratively. My practice is built on the belief that your home is a sacred space, and healing should feel safe, accessible, and whole-family centered.
