  • Home Visits for Acute and Routine Care (Currently limited to Patients in the Prescott Valley Area)

    • **Prescott Valley Area home visits will take place on select weekends each month, with access to messaging your doctor as needed between appointments.

  • Ongoing Care for Chronic Conditions

  • Naturopathic and Traditional Medical Solutions

  • Postpartum and Newborn Support

  • Care Coordination and Specialty Referrals

With membership plans, we require a six month commitment when you first establish care.

 

We can provide superbills and health share documents for reimbursement upon request.

*Please Note: In newborn care, our doctor is not able to accommodate the 2-5 day, 2 week, 1 month, and 2 month frequency for Prescott Area patients. However, our doctor can accommodate the 1-2 month and beyond well-child checks.

  • Acupuncture: $50/Member Visit and $125/Non-Member Visit

  • Constitutional Hydrotherapy: $75/Member Visit and $100/Non-Members Visit

  • In-Home Visit for Non-Members: $250/Visit

  • Ideal for Patients Seeking a Deep-Dive Into Their Complex Medical History, Labs, and Previous Diagnoses

  • Includes a Detailed Report and Written Summary of Care Plan Recommendations (Appointments can be Accommodated and Scheduled for an Additional Fee)

  • Full Chart Review

  • Integrative Review of Labs, Imaging, and Treatment History
